Fulton County is soliciting proposals from qualified Proposers that will: (1) provide type-written title examinations and abstracts and other delineated delinquent, pre-tax sales preparation services to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office (the “Sheriff’s Office”); and (2) provide certain delineated post-tax sale services (collectively, the “Delinquent Tax Sales Preparation Services”) to the Sheriff’s Office in connection with each successful tax sale.
