Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is soliciting proposals for Employee Healthcare Benefit Plan Services. Through issuance of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), the County is soliciting Proposals from qualified ProponentProposers that can provide Plan services for all, or any subset of, their employee healthcare benefit plans. Benefits are offered to all active and retired employees, and their eligible dependents. Plan services will be effective January 1, 2025. Fulton County’s employee healthcare benefits currently include the following: a. Medical/Pharmacy (integrated) plans – HMO, POS, and CDHP/HSA b. Dental - PPO and HMO c. Vision - PPO d. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) e. Health Savings Account (HSA) f. COBRA/Direct Billing
