Description

Fulton County Departments of Senior Services and Behavioral Health are seeking proposals for the operational management of all food service functions for its Multipurpose, Adult Day Health and Developmental Disabilities outpatient day programs. The County will provide labor, kitchen facilities, kitchen equipment and utilities. The Consultant will provide day to day management of each food service operation including menu development, procurement, inventory management, human resource management, cash management, point of sale equipment and technical support, sanitation and safety and other related functions. The food services management Consultant may furnish additional equipment necessary to support the operation.
