Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is seeking a qualified consultant with substantial knowledge and experience in planning and design of city- and/or county-operated jail facilities in an urban setting with a diverse population to provide a feasibility study to evaluate options for the Fulton County Jail as well as, on-site headquarters for the Sheriff’s Office Jail Administration operations. The study would analyze and identify the long-term options for the jail that would include refurbishing and/or expansion of the current facilities, purchasing/leasing an existing facility or constructing a new jail.
