Description

Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (“RFP” and/or “Proposals”), the County is soliciting Proposals from qualified Proposers for the coordinated outreach and HIV Testing among populations and sub-populations with the highest incidence of HIV for the purpose of diagnosing persons with HIV yet unaware of their status; Linkage to HIV Care for newly diagnosed HIV- positive persons; HIV Prevention, including linkage and retention to bio-medical interventions for persons documented to be HIV negative but reporting behaviors that place them at high-risk for sero-conversion; and HIV Prevention systems integration in healthcare settings.
