Renovation of Restrooms at the Fulton County Juvenile Justice Center. The restrooms are common banks of toilets with 2 banks per floor on 4 floors of the Juvenile Justice Center. Work is to be completed in phases so that restrooms are available for public use at all times either on the same floor or no more than 1 floor up or down. Excessively noisy operations must be completed after normal Center working hours.
