Standby Miscellaneous Construction Wastewater System Services These standby contracts consist of providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the construction, installation, and repair of sewer mains, wastewater service lines, and projects associated with the spill mitigation program that reduces the inflow and infiltration of stormwater into the sanitary system within both North and South Fulton County service areas. This work includes providing an emergency wastewater main repair crew as needed, as directed by Public Works staff.
