Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is seeking consulting engineering services in the development of a Master Plan for the North Fulton county Water Distribution System.

Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (“RFP” and/or “Proposals”), the County is soliciting Proposals from qualified Proposers for the Water Distribution System Master Plan.

Proposals provided in response to this RFP that comply with the submittal requirements set forth in Section 3.0, including all forms and certifications, will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria and procedures described in Section 4.0. Based on the results of the evaluation, the County will award the 23RFP137284K-CRB: Water Distribution System Master Plan to the most advantageous Proposer based on the cost and the evaluation factors set forth in the RFP.
