At this time and location they shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Late bids cannot be opened or considered and will be returned unopened to the bidder. Must be presented in an opaque envelope and must clearly be labeled sealed bid for INVITATION # 23-0044 SALE OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY. Bids should be delivered in person, via courier, via USPS Priority Mail, via USPS Certified Mail, via package express service (FedEx, UPS or other such service) or other traceable / accountable mail / delivery service. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to delivery their bid on time.
