Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (“eRFP”) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Campus Bookstore Operations to the Athens Technical College (hereinafter, “the State Entity”) as further described in this eRFP. This eRFP is for a vendor to successfully operate and manage two (2) bookstores for Athens Technical College with one bookstore at each of the two (2) campus locations. The locations are 1) “Main Campus” – an existing campus at 800 U S Hwy 29N, Athens GA, 30601, and 2) “Branch Campus” - an existing campus at 1317 Athens Hwy, Elberton, GA 30635. Athens Technical College (ATC) is a smoke free campus and a two-year post-secondary technical college located in Athens, Georgia approximately 70 miles northeast of Atlanta, Georgia in Clarke County. ATC also provides adult literacy training, GED preparation and testing, English as a second language, dual enrollment with high school students and specialized training for business and industry. ATC is governed by the Technical College System of Georgia and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.
