All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will use only qualified personnel directly employed by and supervised by the Contractor. Contractor will ensure that all personnel employed are qualified to properly service and maintain the County’s HVAC equipment. All company personnel must present their company identification prior to entering the job site. Any person found unacceptable will not be permitted to work in the Administrative/Legislative Building at 124 Bull Street, Savannah, GA. 4.3.3 Contractor will perform three (3) routine WSHP Inspections to include: a. Replace and date all air filters. (Merv-8 Filters). b. Check all controls on units. c. Brush or clean evaporator coils as needed. d. Check, clean and clear drain pans and drain lines. e. Check operation of all units. f. Check cooling tower operation and condition. g. Log all readings. 4.3.4 Contractor will perform one (1) major WSHP Inspection to include: Winter a. Replace and date all air filters. (Merv-8 Filters). b. Check refrigerant levels in all u nits during cooling season. c. Clean evaporator coils with pressure washer. d. Lubricate bearings and motors. e. Wash drain pans and clear drain lines. f. Check all pressure and safety switches. g. Log all readings 4.3.5 Contractor will perform three (3) routine Boiler Inspections to include: a. Visually check boiler and pumps. b. Check and adjust controls on boiler as needed. c. Check operation on pumps and boiler. d. Log all readings and report any found problems to customer.
