Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified bookstore contract management firm who will provide Bookstore Management Services to East Georgia State College's Swainsboro campus as further described in this RFP. The College would like to establish a bookstore operating partnership that provides the maximum fixed and variable return to the College, with the highest quality service to its customers. The offeror shall be EGSC’s agent for the collection and compilation of textbook/ course material adoptions and for providing textbooks and course materials to EGSC students. The offeror should provide course materials, including all required, recommended, or suggested course materials and supplies, including textbooks, course packs, software, and materials published or distributed electronically.
