Evaluation Criteria: 1. Capability of vendor to provide three new Trane Package Units (2) 50-Ton Model #TED600 and (1) 30-Ton Model #TED360 and provide a 5-year annual maintenance plan for 3 new units and 6 Trane Mitsubishi Mini Split Units. 2. Capability of the vendor to provide all necessary equipment and installation including the following: a. Lock and tag out power to each unit individually to maintain cooling in facility. b. Disconnect electrical, control wiring and duct from units for removal. c. Remove units from the roof one at a time with a crane. d. Set new units on the roof with crane and seal to existing curb. e. Anchor units down for high wind protection. f. Reconnect electrical, control wiring and duct to each unit. g. Verify all connections are secure and properly terminated on control wiring. h. Restore power to each unit for Trane factory start-up. i. Record all factory start-up data for warranty documentation. j. Clean up the work area and dispose of all debris properly. k. Properly dispose of all 3 existing roof top units. 3. Capacity of Vendor to provide 5-Year Maintenance Agreement to include: Two (2) Routine Inspections to Include: a. Replace all air filters as needed. b.Checkthe belt’s condition/tension andchange if needed. c.Check all motor bearings and grease as needed. d.Check all electrical connections and controls on unit. e.Check operation of units. f. Brush the evaporator coils asneeded. g.Check and clean drain pans and clear drain lines as needed. h.Logall readings.
