To operate and manage concession stands to be located at Walter B Williams Park. This RFP seeks proposals from those persons and/or entities interested in entering into a contract with Baldwin County for the right to operate three concession stands at ball fields and one concession room located in the gymnasium at Walter B Williams Park. The selected concessionaire(s) will be required to provide concessions and operate the facilities associated therewith in a manner that is satisfactory to Baldwin County, in accordance with the terms and conditions of a contract to be negotiated between Baldwin County and the selected person or entity submitting a proposal, and in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Georgia, the Baldwin County Code of Ordinances, and all applicable Baldwin County policies and rules.
