The Engineering Services contract will encompass all project-related engineering & surveying services required for the construction of Drainage, Base and Paving of McGill Road and Goldman Johnson Road in Lincoln County, Georgia, including: Preliminary and final design plans and specifications; Preparation of the bid packet; GDOT Grant Administration; Environmental Assessment; Conduct all field testing and inspections (interim and final); and Other special services. The project will construct approximately 4.29 miles of Grading, Drainage and Paving of Goldman-Johnson Road and McGill Road, in Lincoln County Georgia. It will include all associated permitting and regulatory approvals. The project includes converting two County dirt roads with 30’ ROW into Two County Paved Roads with 60’ ROW. The ROW acquisition will be completed by a third party.
