The scope of this contract is for the demolition, and proper disposal of the structures and other site improvements including: 1. Structure 1 – Wood frame 2 story residential structure over concrete slab; 2. Concrete driveway, approximately 1,075 SF; 3. Wooden Privacy Fence, approximately 280 LF, lengths running parallel to house at house line and back of property; and, 4. Septic system, reported by Paulding County as 1000 gal tank. All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4. The work will be completed in strict accordance with the DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, Office of Right of Way, Property Management, dated April 2018. (DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS).
