Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit a proposal for exclusive pouring and vending rights at all ASU locations, excluding Chick-fil-A, Pizza Hut, and any new third-party retail locations. Both dining hall locations on ASU’s East and West Campuses will be required to pour the products provided by the selected vendor from this solicitation. This includes full-service drink and vending rights, delivery and distribution of carbonated and noncarbonated beverages, as well as sales of packaged beverages on the campus. At a minimum, Cola, Diet Cola, Lemon Lime Beverage, and Zero Sugar Beverage must be provided at all locations. Offerors must also provide a diverse line of additional beverage products complimentary to these brands. This contract also includes the exclusive right to market, promote, and advertise beverages in connection with the University. The University is to receive commissions based on the cumulative effort of all sales on campus and additional funds for marketing and pouring rights. No competing brand can market, sample, or distribute their product or logo on campus.
