Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide responses in the same order in which points appear in this RFP. • Describe how an electronic, internet-based online ordering system that contains sufficient titles for all instructional levels K-12 will be provided. This internet, web-based system should allow for collection development, and include but not limited to searching/ filtering by keyword, grade level, review source, interest, Lexile level, publisher, publication date, format, ISBN, title and author. This should allow for results to be refined in any combination. Additionally, this webbased tool should perform an in-depth collection analysis. • Provide details of current and past experience in providing print and e-Books so as to demonstrate appropriate expertise in these areas: full MARC records for all titles, library binding, pre-bound hardback, pre-bound paperbacks, trade books, plastic jackets, barcode labels and protective covers, and any other service that would be advantageous to FCS. • Describe any auxiliary or related services, which may augment the proposed services and prove advantageous to FCS. The Offeror shall provide sufficient detail and evidence to show proficiency and experience in the provision of these services, as well as a detailed indication of how these services are to be provided or performed. • Describe other resources or services the Offeror can make available to FCS. Such services shall be currently provided by the Offeror to other clients and resources shall belong to the Offeror. Other resources may include work management systems, inventory, sales representatives, etc.
