• American Sign Language Interpretation - (in person and virtual) • American Sign Language interpretation services require working directly with an individual who uses American Sign Language for matters pertaining to programs and services provided by the County. Services may be required at a number of Gwinnett County facilities, including but not limited to, Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, Gwinnett County Police Headquarters, Gwinnett County Parks, and other places where Gwinnett County provides services, for example, hospitals, crime scenes, and Mosaic facilities. • Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART) – (in person and virtual) • Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART) services require working directly with and individual who is hearing impaired and not familiar with American Sign Language to transcribe spoken words into a printed format. Printed format will be transmitted onto a computer monitor or video screen for viewing
