INSTALLATION: Install one wall mounted Mini-Split system and two 2x2 ceiling cassettes including associated outdoor Mini-split Heat Pump Units. Scope of Work: Furnish and Install (3) 9,000 BTU 208/230 Volt Carrier Mini-Split Heat Pump Condenser (37MARAQ09AH3); Furnish and Install (1) 9,000 BTU 208/230 Volt Wall Mounted Carrier Mini-Split Wall Mounted Fan Coil unit (45MAHAQ09XA3); Furnish and Install (2) 12,000 BTU 208/230 Volt 2x2 Carrier Ceiling Cassettes Mini-Split Fan Coil unit (45MBCQ12XA3); Electrical scope to be included within HVAC contractors bid. Licensed Electrician to pull wire, provide disconnect, add breaker to existing single phase electrical panel. Coordinate with Commercial Controls Group to integrate the new mini-split system into the existing county-wide Carrier iVu controls system. Remove existing HVAC register and cap duct that is currently being fed each of the offices receiving a ceiling cassette.. Contractor is to provide all necessary equipment, condensate drain piping, Blue Diamond Condensate pump (No exceptions allowed) with 3 year warranty to tie into existing drain lines, new disconnect and associated wiring, controls and control wiring, permits and fees, labor, etc. for a complete installation. Equipment to have 7 year all parts warranty and a 1 year labor warranty.
