Specifications include, but are not limited to: Columbia County Board of Commissioners is interested in receiving proposals from Video Production Services companies that can provide the following services: - Shoot on-site at Board of Commissioners meetings, Planning Commission meetings, Committee meetings, and Special Called meetings (approximately 2 hours per meeting) - Live-stream, edit, and post the Board of Commissioners meetings, Planning Commission meetings, Committee meetings, and Special Called meetings to the County’s YouTube Channel. Video must also be recorded and saved to the County’s YouTube library. - Provide all equipment and staffing necessary for the job ordered. - Provide creative and professional guidance to ensure a high-quality product is produced during each shoot. - Work cooperatively with Columbia County staff. - Meet established deadlines for projects. - Have flexibility to provide services as needed on days, nights, weekends, and holidays. - The County would also like to consider companies who can, in addition to the above scope, provide videography, graphic design, and video editing services.
