Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of the construction of approximately 1000 linear feet of 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk, approximately 75 linear feet of gravity retaining wall and the required modifications to existing infrastructure as depicted in the referenced plans and as provided in the Bid Schedule Project Scope shall also include the following: 1. Contractor to provide a written schedule seven days prior to commencement of work. Schedule is to be monitored on a regular basis and updated copies of the schedule are to be provided to the City monthly. 2. A formal Traffic Control Plan is to be submitted to the City’s Traffic Engineer two weeks prior to commencement of work for review and approval. 3. The per unit pay item for sidewalk shall include the site preparation. Site preparation for sidewalk to include excavation and removal or import of material within construction site, unless otherwise noted, and the compaction of the base under the proposed sidewalk.
