Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project consists of a full-service hotel and conference center to be located to the west of the existing Savannah Convention Center. The truncated rectangular-shaped site is bounded by International Drive, Prospect Park, Harbor Street and Resort Drive, and sits just east of the existing slip number 3. The hotel is envisioned to be between twelve and sixteen stories and will have approximately 400 guestrooms. The conference component of the building will have approximately 40,000 net square feet of meeting space, with supporting spaces such as pre-function, registration and restrooms. There will be multiple F&B offerings within the hotel, including an all-day dining restaurant and a lobby bar. The hotel will also have an outdoor pool and pool deck that will take advantage of the views across the Savannah River to the city beyond.
