Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this eRFP is to provide for the lease and/or purchase of an extensive range of printers and MFDs required by Authorized Users as well as establish, through fair and open competition among Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), a comprehensive supply base that can deliver Single-Use Printers and MFDs. Authorized Users of any resulting statewide contract will require quality products/services, timely and effective delivery, and high levels of customer care during and after the sale. Suppliers of any awarded statewide contract must have the capacity to provide products and services to Authorized Users regardless of their location within the State. This Commodity Group is divided into five (5) categories: (1) Single-Use Printers, (2) A4 MFDs, (3) A3 MFDs, (4) Additional Print Technologies, and (5) Digital Duplicators. Please see Section 1.7 “Definition of Terms” for how these categories are defined and reference the Program Requirements Document (Attachment B) for further detailed description. The State seeks proposals from an OEM who can deliver equipment within a minimum of one (1) subcategory within the first four (4) categories to the entire state of Georgia. An OEM may not compete solely in the subcategory titled “Products, Accessories and Services (Not Otherwise Classified)” to be eligible for award. An OEM may not compete solely in Category (5) to be eligible for award. All subcategories in Categories (1) and (4), except for the subcategory titled “Products, Accessories and Services (Not Otherwise Classified)”, consist of equipment that is available for purchase only. The subcategories in Categories (2) and (3), except for the subcategory titled “Products, Accessories and Services (Not Otherwise Classified)”, consist of equipment that is available for leasing and purchase. The subcategory in Category (5) is available for both lease and purchase as well. If the OEM chooses to compete in a subcategory with leased equipment, the OEM must agree to the terms and conditions of the User Agency Lease Agreement (Attachment H). The awarded suppliers will enjoy the benefit of receiving direct orders from the Authorized Users as well as the availability of its product offerings on Team Georgia Marketplace, the State’s e- procurement solution
