The entire machine including parts (software, mechanical, electrical, table, pump, nozzle) must be designed and manufactured in the US to meet in-country training requirements and to ensure the availability of parts without the imposition of tariff charges. - Number of Software seats must be unlimited and free of charge for life of the machine - Software upgrades must be at no charge for the life of the machine - Software must be developed and maintained by manufacturer on Windows 11 or above, 64-bit Computer platform - Ability to import a minimum of 60 file types including CATIA - Minimum 23” LCD display - Installation must be performed by manufacturer’s technicians - Must use UL certified and stamped electrical cabinets - Must have ACC (access control circuit) to enable use of safety light curtains - Maximum overhead requirement of less than 9’5” - Capability to level machine on floor - The machine footprint shall be no more than 19’ x 14’ and provide a working envelope capable of housing a 5’6” x 12’ piece of material. The bed shall have a minimum of 4” x 14 gage galvanized steel support slats and have a 300lbs/sqft capacity. The bed shall have means for leveling the machine on a flat mounting surface. The system must be of unitized design to eliminate misalignment due to an operator bumping either the cutting head or table during material loading
