Description

The work under this contract shall consist of installation of gateway sign with water feature and
median improvements including all the supervision, materials, equipment, labor and all other items
necessary to complete said work with the terms of the Agreement.
The base bid for this project shall include the gateway wall with sign, waterfall feature and
associated plumbing and lighting elements.
Alternate 1 for this project shall include replacement of the curb and gutter and new landscaping for
the large median where the gateway wall is located.
Alternate 2 for this project shall include the replacement of the curb and gutter and landscaping in
the remaining small medians.
Alternate 3 for this project shall be substituting a gravity wall for a cantilever wall for the gateway
wall structure.
