The Hilo Medical Center is looking to contract with one or more firms to process a backlog of provider enrollment applications as the facility transitions from an outsourced model to the work being completed by staff. The current vendor contract terminates at the end of September 2021, which cutrrently has a number of backlogged applications. Successful work by the Contractor will result in HMC requesting future as needed backup services.
