Located on the Big Island of Hawaii, Kau Hospital desires to hire a Contractor to replace the existing manually adjustable thermostatic mixing valve with a new digital mixing valve for domestic hot water use. This work will include removing the existing valve, modifying nearby hot water piping, providing new electrical to the valve, and incidental patching, painting and other work as required for complete installation. Work will be coordinated with the Hospital to minimize disruption to the hot water service.
