Day and time of training will be determined by agreement between the vendor and solicitor. Topics for training, subject to approval by the solicitor include but are not limited to general condominium governance issues affecting owners and board members such as procedures for meetings and voting, the fiduciary duties of board members, insuring the condominium association, the rights and responsibilities of board members and owners, regular and special assessments, budgets and reserves, dispute resolution options and current trending issues. Vendors must have in-depth legal and practical knowledge of the Hawaii condominium law, current local and national trends relating to condominium governance, and have experience producing educational events online.
