Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DCR is engaged to procure a solution that will integrate presently heterogeneous sources of correctional inmate information and related operational units onto a single platform while leveraging technological innovations such as document management and Statewide/National criminal data integration and retaining compliance with Departmental Policies and Procedures and Hawaii Statutes. It is the goal of the DCR to have a single, comprehensive Corrections “tool,” crafted to simplify reporting of inmate behavior and activity, while providing a flexible framework for emergent inmate reform initiatives. The following are a few of the principal operational units targeted for integration: 1. Intake Service Center 2. Inmate Reentry Coordination 3. Institutions 4. Inspections and Investigations (including Inmate Grievances) 5. Litigation Coordination (PREA) 6. Inmate Trust Accounts 7. Aggregate Corrections Reporting 8. Programs 9. Security Threat Group (STG)
