Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Land Clearing – 12 Acres. A. The grass, trees, and shrubs shall be cut low to the ground. Tree stumps shall be treated with a growth Inhibitor/herbicide such as Garlon, or equivalent. B. The Contractor shall be responsible for clearing vegetation to get their workers and/or equipment to the subject area. The work may be done with an excavator with a fecon or brush cutter attachment, or equivalent for cutting and mulching in place approximately 12 acres on a portion of TMKs 7-1-002:037 and 7-1-002:044. C. The associated green waste from cutting and grinding shall be left on site (on ADC property) where they will rot and decompose. No hauling of mulched green waste required. D. All work shall be done in a manner consistent with industry standards and in compliance with all federal, state, and county laws. 2. Two abandoned vehicles. A. Contractor shall remove two abandoned vehicles from the subject area. B. Contractor shall be responsible for removing and disposing of the abandoned vehicle. C. Contractor shall prevent hazardous waste from the vehicle from spilling onto the ground and shall properly dispose of such hazardous waste. D. Arrangements shall be made with a licensed landfill operator or recycling operator. E. All work shall be done in a manner consistent with industry standards and in compliance with all federal, state, and county laws.
