The primary purpose of the VOCA Grant is to support the provision of direct services to victims of crime by eligible entities. The Department seeks projects and initiatives from eligible organizations to (1) create, improve, or enhance core victim services; (2) develop, maintain, or expand innovative services to assist victims of crime; and/or (3) maintain existing VOCA-funded victim services.
