Provide high-speed wide-area network connectivity between five office locations until December 31, 2024 while negotiations are underway for a long-term contract. A turnkey solution to connect the five locations (Hilo Baseyard, Waimea Baseyard, Kona Baseyard, Kaʻū Baseyard, and Waiākea Office Plaza) over a synchronous, full-duplex connection. Service Provider (SP) to provide a switch or router at each location and will hand off to the DWS via Ethernet connection and is responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance (which include repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting) as well as providing all hardware/software equipment and upgrades. All equipment is maintained by and will remain the property of Service Provider.
