In the interest of Correctional staff, public safety, and to ensure safe movement of individuals in custody, each vehicle shall be equipped with: Floor to ceiling security partition that separates the driver and front passenger seats from the remainder of the vehicle. Like Setina 10VS series / Havis P-Front series partitions, with expanded metal and/or plexiglass / lexan visibility holes to minimize rear view obstructions. Window Security Guards for middle / rear passenger windows – all exposed glass behind the front two (2) seats shall be covered. Like Setina WK series / Havis WGI series JVCKenwood Viking / NX dual RF deck mobile transceiver to operate on HCF’s NXDN VHF system and HiWin 7 / 800MHz system. Single KCH21 handheld control head, speaker, dual roof mounted antennas shall be installed and provided. Systems shall be programmed to all available DCR NXDN Networks and correct required zones and talk groups for HiWin. Necessary software options for proper operation on HiWin (as of upfit delivery date) shall be included. Whelen Engineering HHS3200 with CTL5 lighting / PA system with SA315P/U speaker and SAK bracket. Two (2) WIONA or TLIA in/on front grille and two (2) TLIA on rear body or VTX in rear taillights. The system shall be programmed for PA and airhorn use only along with emergency lighting control.
