CONTRACTOR shall: A. Manage and publish Neurotrauma website content on DOH’s website at https://health.hawaii.gov/nt/; B. Assist with updating the website, including developing, changing, and/or adding content, such as adding new pages, removing existing pages, editing out-of-date content, and making recommendations for changes to existing pages; C. Provide technical assistance to the STATE to enhance and update the website layout for optimal user experience; D. Maintain and archive the calendar of events and news as needed; E. Update drop-down menus to enhance the visitor experience; F. Monitor the website to ensure optimal functionality and accessibility; G. Maintain and keep existing databases up to date and add plugins as needed; H. Check Portable Document Format (“PDF”) files to ensure links in the document are functional before posting on the website; I. Ensure all links within the website issue a notification where the user must agree to being diverted to an external site when appropriate; J. Using a Search Engine Optimization (“SEO”) program, track, collect, and analyze website traffic
