RFP 22-132 - RFP 22-132 Project and Portfolio Management Solution Implementation

The City of Boise is seeking an enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Solution to be implemented for the benefit of the City’s EPMO function. The strategic goal is to deploy a full-service PPM Solution that provides the necessary project management functionality for multiple project and program types across the City’s departments. The PPM Solution is expected to increase the City’s ability to optimize project portfolios for resources, budgets, strategic goals and what-if portfolio scenarios. The City’s objective is to transition from a home-built portfolio solution, manual EPMO processes and rudimentary reports into a full-service system, integrated with other City of Boise systems in order to achieve end-to-end project visibility. The solution should compile data, dashboards and useful reports to help track project, program and portfolio progress through each project lifecycle stage.
