D3285200 - Wastewater Lagoon Biosolids Removal Project

The Project contemplated consists of removing and dewatering municipal wastewater biosolids from the settling lagoon (Cell 2), hauling, and properly disposing them offsite. The settling lagoon will be offline during biosolids removal. Biosolids dredging/pumping and temporary dewatering and hauling equipment are required.  Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders.  Electronic submissions are being accepted on the BidNet Direct platform at www.bidnetdirect.com/idaho/eaglesewer.  This was published in the Idaho Statesman newspaper on July 16th.  The method for receiving electronic bids was revised to use the BidNet Direct System.
