Goals and Objecves The goals of this study are as follows: a) Analyze the compensation for all current positions against relevant market data, including private and public employers both inside and outside the aviation industry and implement any necessary/recommended changes in a manageable way. b) Based on the market analysis, update FWACAA’s current pay grades and base compensation plan; and c) Assist with the development of communication of the project status and results, and FWACAA’s approach to compensation. d) The Authority also desires a market comparative of our sick time benefit package and a summary of how it compares to other like entities in the market.
