2.1 Merchandise Sales Events. Vendor will sell Boise State University’s officially licensed merchandise, including apparel, gifts, and souvenirs ("Merchandise") at Boise State’s athletic events ("Athletic Events") as follows: ● All ticketed home athletic events for the following: ○ Football ○ Men’s Basketball ○ Women’s Basketball ● Mutually agreed upon number of home events for the following sports: ○ Softball ○ Gymnastics ○ Soccer ○ Volleyball ○ Track and Field ○ Tennis ○ At select high-profile athletic events as mutually agreed upon. ○ Merchandise sales at conference and NCAA championships will only occur with the approval of the relevant agency 2.2 Merchandise Sales Location. In conjunction with the Athletic Events, the vendor will provide sales of merchandise at the following locations, subject to change over the term (collective “Athletic Locations”): ● Albertsons Stadium ○ Interior Stadium - fixed and portable setups as needed throughout the stadium ○ Exterior Stadium - trailer or tent pop-up locations ● Stueckle Sky Center ● ExtraMile Arena ● Boas Sports Complex ● Appleton Tennis Center ● Dona Larsen Park ● Bronco Gym ● Opportunity for in-person pop-up retail presence during business hours
