Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Family and Community Services, Infant Toddler Program (Department) is requesting quotes for On-site Spanish Interpretation Services which may take place in the family’s home or other locations. Services must be the Department’s Region 6 service area.; 1. Comply with the rules, regulations and policies as outlined by the Department of Health and Welfare, (Department) ITP found in the Idaho ITP Manual (available upon request) and whenever services are delivered to people with developmental disabilities, rights pursuant to Idaho Code Section 66-401.; 2. Report to the Department any critical incidents, report to the Child Protection authority any allegations or disclosure of abuse or neglect within twenty-four hours (24), and report to the adult Protection authority any allegations of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.; 3. Provide services to children birth (0) through age three (3).; 4. Meet all provider qualifications of the ITP as described in the Idaho ITP Manual (available upon request).; 5. Deliver services in the parents’ native language and in a culturally appropriate manner.; 6. Deliver in-person interpretation services throughout Region 6.; Interpretation: A. The Contractor must provide interpretation services: 1. For Spanish speaking families, their therapists, physicians, service coordinators, and providers within the Contract service area as outlined per the Individual Family Service Plan which outlines how many units the Contractor is authorized to provide.; 2. At various locations which may include the client’s home, daycare facility, etc.; 3. During workshops or trainings being attended by the family within the family’s community.
