IDL Forestry Cooler Scope of Work - MICA AREA OFFICE Price includes providing the following list of equipment: 16’ x 24’ x 12’ Walk-In Cooler (1) Outdoor Condensing Unit. (1) Walk-In Freezer Evaporators. In addition to providing the above list of equipment, the refrigeration proposal includes the following: Deliver new equipment to job site. Install walk-in cooler panels and associated components. Set new condensing unit at ground level next to walk in. Install new refrigeration piping from condensing unit to evaporator. Install and pipe cooler evaporator. Provide and install electrical circuitry for new condensing unit. Provide and install electrical circuitry for new evaporator. Provide and install electrical circuitry for (4) LED cooler lights. LED light fixtures provided by box manufacturer. Provide and install all necessary temperature and defrost controls. Install condensate drains from evaporators to exterior of box or to existing floor drain. Install heat tape on evaporator drain lines if required. Pressure test and evacuate systems. Charge system with refrigerant and oil. Programming, start up, and final adjustments. 90 day warranty on workmanship and 1 year parts warranty on new equipment.
