A. Complete the City of Pocatello’s Tree Inventory of trees on City property, including adding a condition assessment to already inventoried trees. See Tree Inventory Map i. Points a. Park trees that have been mapped, but need a condition assessment. The only condition assessment work that has been completed is within the north end of Mountainview Cemetery. b. The trees on this map have been filtered to NOT show street trees maintained by private property owners (e.g. commercial/residential street trees). ii. Polygons a. City parks and street trees where tree inventorying/condition assessment should be performed. We are not asking for this work to be completed on other Street Trees (except for those adjoining City-property). b. Natural areas (within City Parks) – DO NOT COMPLETE TREE INVENTORY HERE. All inventorying work should be conducted in areas where the ground is turf grass or sidewalk. B. Update the City of Pocatello’s Urban Tree Canopy Assessment (Click on ‘Canopy’) C. Update City Tree Brochures/Information: i. Portneuf Valley Tree Guide City will use separate funds for printing. Original document was produced in 2012 using Adobe In-Design and needs some minor formatting modifications and some recommended tree additions (e.g. recently released and locally available cultivars). ii.
