Sealed proposals will be received by GREATER ROCKFORD AIRPORT AUTHORITY at 60 Airport Drive, Rockford, Illinois 61109, until 10:00am. local time on Tuesday, July 8, 2022 for the construction of WEST CARGO APRON RE-CABLING at which time bids will be reviewed by Greater Rockford Airport Authority.

The term "Successful Bidder" means the lowest, qualified, responsible Bidder to whom the owner (on the basis of Owner's evaluation as herein provided) makes an award. Qualified means the successful bidder must have previous experience with construction projects and electrical work with GRAA. The terms Bid or Proposal as used herein are interchangeable.
