OVERVIEW The City of Peoria is looking for a firm to help transition to a new EAMS to effectively manage the entire asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal. The EAMS shall provide seamless system integration, comprehensive asset management, enhanced visibility and tracking, streamlined work order management, improved inventory control, and actionable data-driven insights.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The scope of services is to provide critical functionalities and features necessary for an Enterprise Asset Management System that will empower the City of Peoria to achieve its operational and strategic goals.

Additional Bidding Instructions

RFP SUBMISSION INFORMATION - There are two (2) options for RFP submittal.

Mailed Option - Sealed bids – one (1) original and three (3) copies – will be accepted by the City of Peoria at the Office of the Department of Public Works, 3505 N Dries Lane, Peoria, Illinois, until 2:00 p.m. on August 2, 2024. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the bid title and bid number marked on the outside (RFP # and RFP Title). Please include your company name and return address on the outside of the envelope.

Electronic Option - Bids can also be submitted electronically through BidNet. Only on copy is needed (please submit entire RFP document). Please see Attachment E in the documents for additional information and instructions.

Bids received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of bids.
