RFP SUBMISSION INFORMATION - There are two (2) options for RFP submittal.
Hardcopy Option - Sealed bids – one (1) original and three (3) copies – will be accepted by the City of Peoria at the Peoria City Hall – Purchasing Division: 419 Fulton St. RM 108, Peoria, IL 61602, until 2:00 p.m. on April 8, 2025. Bids shall be mailed/dropped off in a sealed envelope or package with the bid title and bid number marked on the outside. Please include your company name and return address on the outside of the envelope.
\Electronic Option - Bids can also be submitted electronically through BidNet. Only one copy is needed. Please see Electronic Bid Submission Guidelines attached separately for additional information and instructions.
Bids received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of bids.
For the Assessment Center component, please indicate pricing for the maximum number of candidates that are estimated to take the Assessment Center component (25).
For the Written Examination component, please indicate pricing for the number of candidates that are estimated to take the written examination (25 candidates).
Please indicate prices for the written examinations on a ‘per candidate’ basis. Professional Services’ includes fees for the vendors time and labor including test
instrument development, test scoring, test booklets, appeal processing, study sessions. Expenses include assessor fees, job task analysis fees, travel, lodging, etc. Any vendor may attach alternate pricing in addition to, but NOT in place of the Pricing Sheet.
