The purpose of proposal submission is to demonstrate the qualifications, competence, and capacity of the Provider seeking to provide services to the City of Peoria. As such, the substance of the proposal will carry more weight than the form or manner of presentation. The following material and information is required to be provided by the due date in order for the proposal to be considered:
RFP SUBMISSION INFORMATION - There are two (2) options for RFP submittal.
Mailed Option - Sealed responses – one (1) original and three (3) copies – will be accepted by the City of Peoria at the Peoria City Hall – Purchasing Division: 419 Fulton St. RM 108, Peoria, IL 61602, until 2:00 p.m. on November 2, 2023. Responses shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the RFP title and RFP number marked on the outside (RFP # - RFP Title). Please include your company name and return address on the outside of the envelope.
Electronic Option - Responses can also be submitted electronically through BidNet. Only one (1) copy is needed. Please see Attachment C in the documents for additional information and instructions.
Bids received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of bids.
