OVERVIEW– The City of Peoria seeks proposals from qualified companies (hereinafter the “Vendor” to provide registration services for non-owner occupied and foreclosing properties located within the City of Peoria.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Duties and responsibilities shall include providing a platform for owners, managers, agents, and the City (hereinafter collectively “Users”) to provide contact information as listed in Sec. 5-521 and Sec. 5-432 of the City of Peoria’s Code of Ordinances regarding Registration of Residential Property and Foreclosure Property Registration.

Additional Bidding Instructions

RFP SUBMISSION INFORMATION - There are two (2) options for RFP submittal.

Mailed Option - Sealed bids – one (1) original and three (3) copies – will be accepted by the City of Peoria at the Peoria City Hall – Purchasing Division: 419 Fulton St. RM 108, Peoria, IL 61602, until 2:00 p.m. on May 23, 2024. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the bid title and bid number marked on the outside (RFP # and RFP Title). Please include your company name and return address on the outside of the envelope.

Electronic Option - Bids can also be submitted electronically through BidNet. Only one copy is needed (please submit entire RFP document). Please see Attachment E in the documents for additional information and instructions.

Bids received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of bids.
