This project summary is for Stair Replacement and Repair at One Technology
Parking Deck located on 207 SW Adams Street between Fulton and Liberty Streets.,
Peoria, Illinois 61602. The parking deck is owned by the City of Peoria. The repair
project includes the replacement and repair in kind of a deteriorated stairway located
within the parking deck on the SW Adams Street.

All work will require coordination by Contractor to include phasing. Work type may be
continued during the day if properly coordinated.
