Additional Bidding Instructions

RFP SUBMISSION INFORMATION - There are two (2) options for RFP submittal.

Mailed Option - Sealed bids – one (1) original and three (3) copies – will be accepted by the City of Peoria at the Peoria City Hall – Purchasing Division: 419 Fulton St. RM 108, Peoria, IL 61602, until 2:00 p.m. on November 26, 2024. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the bid title and bid number marked on the outside (RFP # and Title). Please include your company name and return address on the outside of the envelope.

Electronic Option - Bids can also be submitted electronically through BidNet. Only one copy is needed. Please see Electronic Bid Submission Guidelines attached separately for additional information and instructions.

1. 1. Bids received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of bids.
