Attached is the2nd group of bids totaling 5 properties.
With each packet there will be a cover sheet to explain the work scope and photos.
The photos will be circled with the specific things that need to be completed, and there will be an X through the things we do not.
It's essential that the full work scope be completed and completed timely.
It's advised that contractors visit these specific locations to get a better idea of the work scope to produce a more accurate bid as every property will differ.
The lowest most qualified contractor will be awarded the work.
Before and after photos showing the work that was completed must be returned to us, please send the photos and the invoices via email to Shawn Johnson (copied), who will verify completion and forward them over to us for payment.
For any other specifics, please refer to the contract.
